About the job
At SICK Linköping, we develop advanced 2D and 3D cameras for industrial automation. The cameras are general and can be programmed to solve various tasks, using either classic image processing or AI/deep learning. The cameras are used in many different fields, such as the battery, automotive, electronics, consumer goods, wood industries and more. As an application developer you are offered varied tasks, which include:
Your profile
To succeed in the role you need programming experience, good language skills in English as well as the desire and interest to travel. You have great benefit from a technical university education, preferably a master's degree in a suitable field. If you also have experience and/or an interest in image processing, this is an advantage.
You are a problem solver and dare to think outside the box. You are motivated by making things work and are a good team player. You also appreciate working in a small team as part of a large global network.
