Summer internship – Operator/Monitor GUI Nova

SICK in Linköping is an innovation center for Machine Vision and we are ninety committed employees with a big passion for image processing and visualization. For more than 35 years, our team at SICK Linköping has successfully developed and delivered software for technically leading products within the field of 2D and 3D vision, as well as system solutions for robot guidance and quality control. 

What you will do

The Nova team consists developers with a mix of experiences, age and gender. Nova is an application that runs on our industrial sensors, that helps users with or without programming knowledge to easily setup and solve their vision applications.

The internship will involve working on an Operator view for Nova. This UI’s purpose is to slim down the amount of information displayed to only what is necessary to get a glance of how production is going. You will in this internship get the possibility to prototype and develop new features for this UI.
