We are thrilled to share the amazing results from this year's IGEday, where SICK Linköping played a role in inspiring the next generation of engineering leaders. The feedback from our participants, gathered by Womengineer, has been incredibly uplifting, and we look forward to highlighting the importance of this event

Survey Highlights 📊

  • Increased Interest in Engineering: We are delighted to report that 100% of our participants expressed a heightened interest in pursuing a career in engineering after attending IGEday. This is a significant achievement, especially when compared to the overall average of 80%.
  • High Recommendation Score: Our participants rated their likelihood to recommend IGEday to a friend at an impressive 9.6 out of 10, surpassing the average score of 8.5.

When participants were asked to describe their day at SICK Linköping, they responded with words like "Lärorik" (educational), "Rolig" (fun), "Inspirerande" (inspiring), and "Spännande" (exciting). This feedback underscores the importance of events like IGEday in highlighting the contributions of women in STEM and encouraging the next generation to pursue careers in these fields.
